The Business Mission Week
The Business Mission Week
Join a group of 50 companies
Each business mission is organised around a specific trade event or trade fair relevant for the priority sector. You will join a group of approximately 50 EU cutting edge companies in a business mission programme, carefully conceived to provide you with effective engagement with local companies active in your sector, thus boosting your business and partnership opportunities.
To ensure their suitability for participation in a business mission, companies are carefully selected based on criteria including their products and technologies, resources and capacity, and business strategy.
Coaching and pre-departure briefing
Once selected, you will benefit from personalised coaching to prepare you for the business mission. The EU Business Hub supports participants to refine their business strategies and identify local potential partners. Through a pre-departure briefing EU companies receive market information and insights into their industry sector in Japan and the Republic of Korea.
Meaningful Interactions
A business mission week follows a structured itinerary, combining informational sessions, business events, B2B matchmaking sessions, site visits, and networking opportunities to maximise your experience and facilitate meaningful interactions with the local business community.
Showcase your products, solutions, and technologies
During the business mission, you will gain insights into your business sector from the local markets’ perspective. A dedicated exhibition space is foreseen for your company to showcase products and technologies. In addition, facilities to hold pre-arranged meetings with local companies will be provided. The business week also includes two networking events.
